The last Sunday of July we are inviting you to join us in Celebration of Life, weaving our stories through music, connection and movement.
We invite you not to hold back and feel, to go beyond, to be wild, gentle, innovative and creative!
We really hope the Weather is going to be inviting us outside to reconnect to the trees and to kiss the ground with our feet.

If there is no rain – we will dance in the Killiney park terrain.
If rain is pouring hard – we have no choice but go inside.

Sunday Solas is where souls come together on the dance floor with open hearts in gratitude. It is a practice for those who wish to expand their self-awareness within the dance. As a practice, dance is dynamic – rather than a static form of meditation. Through movement – from solo practice to connection with others – we explore body language in both time and space.

Your hosts, Ingrid and Rob, will guide you through this journey with voice, dance and music creating spaciousness for you to explore. Ingrid shares the floor with you holding space through the movement while Rob weaves his seductive beats and alchemizes the space with sounds that will invigorate the Soul.

The evening begins slowly with us grounding into ourselves, setting an intention for our dance and allowing our bodies to gently warm into the space with ease. There will be a Sacred Amanita tea served which is a light, benevolent energy – which can complement the whole experience.

The journey of the dance will last for around 90 minutes and we close out the circle with gratitude. The journey doesn’t end here, we are both keen sea swimmers (well dippers to be more accurate). The medicine of the cold sea warms our hearts and energises our souls, so you are more than welcome to join us after class for an afternoon dip, followed by the local Sunday Market.
