As the sun sets over the sea, immerse yourself in an evening of self-discovery, movement, and transformation. Our unique dance experience offers a safe space to explore, release emotional burdens, and connect with your inner self.

Event Highlights:

Ecstatic Dance: Guided by Ingrid’s soft voice and Robs evocative music, dance becomes a tool for personal expression and catharsis.
Barrel Sauna: We have Greystones Barrel Sauna booked from 9pm which is in the The Boat Yard beside the Marina, an 10 minute walk away from where we will be dancing. The intimate setting ensures a personalised and rejuvenating experience.
New Moon Energy: Harness the energy of the new moon to set intentions, release what no longer serves you, and embrace new beginnings. This is a perfect opportunity to realign with your goals and desires.
Community Connection: Connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for movement, well-being, and nature.
Option to Dance Only: If the sauna isn’t your preference, you’re welcome to join us solely for the dance experience.
